Our manufacturing processFrom material preparation to packaging, every step of our manufacturing process reflects Vinlash's dedication to creating premium lashes that meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
1. Material selection
Vinlash uses Korea PBT fibers, ensuring top quality for our lashes. They are soft, flexible, and easy to wear.
2. PBT shaping
Our artisans use tape to hold the PBT fiber in place, creating lash extensions of varying lengths and thicknesses.
The lashes are then cut down to size with precision to ensure that each lash is cut to the desired length and shape.
Our highly trained artisans then use rods of varying diameters to roll the lash extensions, achieving the desired curls.
Rolled lash rods undergo the process of baking at an elevated temperature in order to create a lasting hold for the curl.
Our artisans then meticulously apply the curled lashes to the background card before placing it in the tray.
7. Quality control
Each lash tray is inspected to ensure hygiene, precision, and consistency of curls, thicknesses, and lengths.
After inspecting the lash trays, we will carefully package and send you our most proudly high-finished quality products.
