Our order process
01. Consult
We will respond immediately (usually within 24 hours) to your inquiry and provide consultation tailored to your specific needs.
02. Samples
We will send you quality control samples. The sampling time is approximately 7 days, and the sample delivery time is only 1 day.
03. Private label packaging
You can choose from our pre-made packaging boxes or if you already have the designs, we can produce for you. Your logo will appear on the eyelash packaging boxes.
04. Production
Following the signing of the contract, production will begin with the lead time specified in the contract. We will keep you updated on the status of your order production on a regular basis.
05. Quality control
We will double-check the quality of the products after the manufacturing process is completed. We will package them once they have been confirmed to meet the standard. After we have ensured the quality of the products, we will send you pictures and videos, as well as make video calls to check orders.
06. Delivery
We will arrange shipment after inspection. Delivery takes only 3-7 working days, so you will receive finished products quickly. The order will be shipped to the shipping unit, and the customer’s tracking number will be provided as soon as possible.
07. After-sale services
Our service does not end after mass production and delivery. Our consultants will stay in touch with you to ensure that you have the highest quality eyelashes and the most dedicated support. Please contact them if any problems arise or if you require any advice.
