About the role
Logistics at an export company is not about moving boxes from A to B. It’s about making sure every commitment we make to a customer, on time, right quantity, right documentation, is kept.
At Vinlash, the Logistics Executive is the link between our factory floor and our customers worldwide. When this role works well, everything else works well.
You’ll own the end-to-end export process: from coordinating shipments with freight forwarders, managing customs documentation, to building long-term relationships with 3PL and logistics partners. This is a role where attention to detail and ownership mindset matter more than seniority.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage export shipments from order confirmation to final delivery, working closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers.
- Prepare, review, and manage all export documentation: commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other customs-related paperwork.
- Handle customs clearance procedures, ensuring full compliance with Vietnamese export regulations and destination country import requirements.
- Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with logistics service providers (forwarders, 3PLs, courier partners), negotiating rates and service terms.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate with the Sales and Production teams on delivery timelines and any disruptions.
- Resolve logistics issues (delays, damaged goods, documentation errors) quickly and thoroughly.
- Track and analyze freight costs; identify opportunities to optimize logistics spend without compromising reliability.
- Maintain accurate shipping records and logistics data; contribute to process improvements as the business scales.
Requirements and skills

- Experience: 1–3 years in export logistics, freight forwarding, or international shipping (experience in manufacturing or export companies preferred)
- Documentation: solid understanding of export paperwork, L/C, B/L, C/O, customs declarations
- Carrier & Forwarder Knowledge: familiar with major international carriers and freight forwarding operations (air and sea)
- English: strong written English for documentation and communication with overseas partners
- Problem-solving: when a shipment hits a wall, you figure out the next step, you don’t wait to be told
- Ownership: you treat deadlines as real commitments, not targets
- Mindset: you want to grow in international trade long-term, this is not a stepping stone job for you
