Responsibilities

Place purchase orders across product lines.
Monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement needs with production and inventory teams.
Track order status and proactively follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Receive and verify incoming materials; coordinate with Warehouse and QC for inspection and acceptance.
Maintain purchasing records including contracts, invoices, delivery notes, and supplier data.
Identify potential supply bottlenecks and propose adjustments to order schedules.
Support supplier evaluation by reporting recurring delivery or quality issues.
Ensure all procurement complies with internal policies and quality standards.

Requirements and skills

Take ownership, have the ability to self-study, research and come up with solutions, take initiative in work.
Methodical approach combined with creativity, determination and persistence
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to change.
A desire to learn and grow in the product, supply chain field.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in sourcing, preferably in the beauty, garment, or consumer goods industry.
Solid and demonstrated knowledge of the import-export industry (eyelash/hair/beauty/garment/coffee is preferred).
Familiar with inventory systems, stock forecasting, and order tracking procedures.
Strong Excel and documentation skills (PO, delivery tracking, GRN, etc.).
Good communication and follow-up skills (internal & external).
Proficient in English for emailing suppliers and reviewing documents.
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and highly organized.
