About the role

At most companies, recruiting is treated as a support function: someone fills a vacancy, the business moves on. That’s not how we think about it at Vinlash.

The people who join Vinlash are the ones who will determine how far and how fast we grow. Talent Acquisition is not about posting jobs, it’s about building the human engine behind our export ambition, revenue growth.

Vietnam has real advantages in global manufacturing and export. But those advantages only compound when the right people are in the right roles: people who understand international trade, care about quality, and share a genuine drive to put Vietnamese products on the world map. Finding those people is this role’s core purpose, and it requires a recruiter who understands the business, not just the job description.
