Responsibilities

Supervise all daily warehouse operations including: receiving, storing, and picking goods for shipment.Manage and lead the warehouse team: assign tasks, establish performance standards, and provide direct guidance.
Maintain accurate inventory data and conduct regular inventory checks.
Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Quality Control, and Sales teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and on-time delivery.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures for warehouse operations.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase warehouse efficiency and minimize errors.
Manage materials inventory, coordinating and supplementing with the Purchasing team.

Requirements and skills

Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and highly organized.
0-1 year of experience in warehouse management or logistics, preferably in the manufacturing or export sector.
Proficiency in inventory management tools and basic data analysis
Proactive problem-solving mindset — identifies issues before they escalate and acts decisively
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt quickly to change
Ownership mentality — takes full responsibility for the warehouse performance and outcomes
High attention to detail and a systematic, methodical approach to work.
