Please follow these simple steps if your item is damaged, faulty, or not as described:
- Buyer needs to provide relevant pictures or video of the products within 7 days after received.
- Take pictures of damaged items: Send the photos to [email protected] along with your reference number.
- After confirmation, our team will consider the total expenditures and offer you one of two options
Exchange or refund:
- After confirmation, our Vinlash team will contact you to arrange for the return of the product. You will either receive your new items (for exchange) or a refund for the purchase after receiving and reviewing the items. Refunds will be issued to the bank account used to make the purchase.
- An email will be sent to you once the return has been processed. The refund procedure will take 7 days.
- Other external causes, such as damage during shipping or parcel loss, are not acceptable as return reasons. You will be refunded the full amount of compensation received from shipping companies.
