Founder and CEO

We humbly present the remarkable journey of Cao Thi Thuy Duong, the visionary leader behind Vinlash. Her story is a testament to her entrepreneurial spirit and a source of inspiration for all of us at Vinlash.

Duong started as a local lash product distributor. She later transitioned from servicing local to global brands, which prompted her to establish a 2000-square-meter manufacturing facility in Hanoi. This move marked Vinlash’s evolution.

Creating this facility wasn’t easy. Duong sourced advanced equipment and skilled artisans to maintain Vinlash’s high standards while scaling production. To cater to global needs, she conducted extensive research, engaging with lash enthusiasts worldwide. This journey enabled her to refine Vinlash’s offerings to suit diverse preferences.

Recognizing the need for a seamless online shopping experience, Duong implemented a comprehensive ecommerce system, making Vinlash accessible worldwide. Her inspiring journey continues to drive Vinlash’s mission to provide top-quality lash products to enthusiasts worldwide.
