Different delivery options cater to different needs
At Vinlash, we understand that every customer has unique shipping requirements. That’s why we offer different delivery options to cater to diverse needs including air shipping (for timely manner needs) and sea shipping (for cost-effective needs of large order):
- Door-to-door shipping: This is the most popular shipping method chosen by our customers. The goods are transported directly from our warehouse to your shipping address.
- Door-to-port shipping: The goods are picked up from our warehouse, then you are responsible for the foreign customs formalities process and for arranging delivery of the goods to your final destination. We will notify you prior to cargo arrival to the port of destination.
- EXW (EX Works) Shipping: If you have a regular agent to process your delivery, you are totally able to choose the EXW shipping method to ship your order on your own. We will prepare and pack your order carefully ready to be picked by the shipping agent.
For majority of orders, we provide door-to-door shipping methods by air with 2 different options for your needs:
- Express delivery: Express shipping ensures fast and efficient shipping with direct route. We have established partnerships with reputable global carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS. With express delivery, you can expect your lash products to be delivered to your doorstep in a timely manner, allowing you to receive them quickly and start serving your clients.
- Saver delivery/Standard delivery: Saver delivery works well with cost-effective needs but still guarantees timely manner compared to sea shipping method. The goods will be transferred via our shipping agent by air and when reaching the destination airport, they will be forwarded to your country’s post office for local delivery. If your order is not in a rush, this one will be the best choice.
Whatever shipping methods you choose, Vinlash is always willing to support at our best with your customs process and documents requested to let your delivery process go as smoothly as possible.
Our estimated shipping time and shipping rates
We strive to ship your order within 3-7 working days with express shipping and 5-14 days with saver shipping. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can track your order using the carrier’s system and contact their hotline in your country if you encounter any issues.
The shipping rates are calculated based on the actual actual weight and dimension weight of your packages. Before payment, we estimate the weight of your order to calculate the shipping fee then provide you with exact rates for both options. During the payment step, you can choose between express and saver shipping methods based on your preference.

Our warranty and refund policy
We guarantee to supply our customers the right item and premium quality lashes. However, we cannot avoid situations where customers have problems when receiving goods. So we have a warranty policy to best support customers. We prioritize customer satisfaction and promptly address any issues that may arise.
Quantity or visual defects
7-day warranty from the delivery date. Customers need to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt, and if any issues are found (breakage, missing items, damaged packaging), customers must notify Vinlash immediately.
Lash curl warranty
- Classic lashes: 2-year warranty for lash curl. Customers need to provide photo evidence of curl loss >20% in a box, and we’ll send replacements for the affected boxes.
- Pre-made lashes: 1-year warranty for lash curl. Return and replacement process handled for curl loss >50% in a box, and we cover all shipping costs.
Other warranty cases
- Strip Lashes: Guaranteed for 15 uses within 2 months. Receive free replacements if they break before reaching 15 uses, with photo evidence.
- Tweezers: Accidental damage warranty available for $5 USD per piece at the time of purchase. Unlimited replacements within 1 year for accidental damage or misalignment with provided evidence.
Warranty process
Step 1: The customer notifies our sales agent about the condition of the goods, providing photos and videos of any defects or incorrect items received.
Step 2: After reviewing the provided evidence, we respond promptly with the most suitable solution for the customer, offering guidance to minimize further damage. We also provide detailed return instructions, including terms and conditions based on the extent of the defects.
Step 3: The customer ships the goods back to our factory and covers the shipping fee. If the fault is determined to be from our factory, we reimburse the customer for the shipping fee upon receiving the goods.
Step 4: Upon receiving the returned goods, our quality control department conducts a thorough inspection. If the fault is our responsibility, we exchange defective products free of charge or provide a refund. However, if the fault is caused by external factors, such as carriers or customers, the customer bears the full cost of reproduction and shipping.
