Responsibilities

  • Build, train, and develop the sales team to achieve sales targets effectively (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
  • Engage directly in sales activities to approach potential markets and target customer segments
  • Build sales processes, sales scripts, and sales materials
  • Analyze and improve sales processes and scripts to enhance customer conversion rates
  • Participate in and contribute ideas to build sales strategies monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure orders and support for export sales initiatives
  • Handling issues related to customers, orders, and business operations
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors

Requirements and skills

  • Take ownership, have the ability to self-study, research and come up with solutions, take initiative in work.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • A desire to learn and grow in the sales, commercial field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position with size team > 5 people
  • Solid and demonstrated knowledge of the import-export industry (eyelash/hair/beauty/garment/coffee is preferred)
  • Great negotiation, consultative and relationship management skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
  • Fluent in English or a foreign language
